The evening itinerary is as follows:

6.00 pm Arrival – registration, tea and coffee

6.30 pm Introduction/update on current issues (Peter Swift).

6.45 pm Hamilton Fraser Insurance

6.50 pm Affordable Furnishings

6.55 pm Peak Project Management

7.00 pm Conclusive Financial Planning – brand new product beneficial to Landlords in respect of CGT and IHT mitigation

7.20 pm Update on new/re licensing of HIMO by SCC (George Lee)

7.30 pm Food… our normal excellent buffet / stalls / networking etc

8.00 pm John Squires, SCC, talking on the subject of changes to Tax Credits and Housing Benefits and how these changes affect Landlords.
